Who Am I
For as long as I can remember, I have been captivated by nature’s colors, forms, and breathtaking beauty. Growing up in Colombia, I was surrounded by some of the world's most awe-inspiring creations. This deep connection to nature has always influenced my art, fueling my desire to reflect and preserve its essence.
As an undergraduate Fashion Design student at Parsons School of Design, I have directed my creative focus toward sustainable practices. The world is evolving, and I believe art must evolve with it. My work explores upcycling and natural dyeing, experimenting with what already exists to create something meaningful and new. By using materials like natural pigments and embracing the imperfections of handmade techniques, I aim to reconnect with the organic world while addressing contemporary fashion needs.
I see my art as a bridge—a way to merge sustainability with modern aesthetics. Through my designs, I strive to inspire others to rethink consumption and celebrate the beauty in what is already around us. It’s time to shift focus from creating more to making better, and I am committed to being part of that change.
